Pictures: In regards to pictures, nudity or any pictures involving the use of a minor is hereby restricted. Any other pictures are allowed as long as they serve a political purpose, including satire. However, it is the goal of this site, as of any site, to attract new members. With that being said, this is the criteria that will be used:
1. A member may notify the President and/or Vice-President (moderators) that a picture is offensive.
2. If the picture is of nudity, or involving a minor, the President/Vice-President will delete the post immediately. If it is simply alleged as offensive, the President/Vice-President will lock the thread and report it to the Supreme Court.
3. The Supreme Court, consisting of a Chief Justice and 2 other Associate Justices, will review the picture and determine if the complaint has merit.
4. If the complaint has merit, the Supreme Court will hear both sides of the complaint and issue a decision to delete the picture.
5. If the complaint has no merit, the case will be dismissed and the thread unlocked.
