Arch says that an immigrant becomes a citizen at 25 posts. I'm a little unclear where an imigrant can post to get to 25. In response to Arch's posts in the Arch's Soapbox forum?

This is highly structured. Very imaginative. A mini democratic community. Arch's inventiveness is to be applauded.

However, it's structure may be it's undoing. Apparently there are people coming around. But they are not joining. And until the site reaches critical mass, it's not going anywhere.

I'm halfway to 25. I don't know what happens to the topics availability once I hit 25.I guess the only thread where immigrants can post freely is the Visitor's Center.

I fixed the Discussion/Debate section. In creating categories, I inadvertently tagged access to guests only in that section. Not sure what I was thinking, but it is fixed.
