I have a theory on guns. It's the defective human element that makes guns dangerous. No defective human being should have a right to endanger the rest of us. I would be against banning guns but I wouldn't be against banning defective humans.
That makes sense doesn't it??

For me, it is about legislating social behaviors. Not only is it a slippery slope, but in my opinion it is futile. Where there is a will, there is a way. This is one issue that I tend to disagree with my fellow Democratic colleagues. Being a Teddy Roosevelt progressive, I support the intent and implications of the 2nd Amendment. (For those who believe Teddy Roosevelt was anti-2nd amendment, you need to read a freaking history book.)
